DFI was known as one of the best manufacturer of motherboard, moreover for overclocking users DFI claimed as one of the best motherboard for overclocking. Some motherboard that considered as overclocking motherboad is non-onboard graphics controller motherboard, but DFI also produced on-board graphics controller motherboard. That’s not NVidia or ATI, but the Intel as the 2nd class graphics controller product. Maybe DFI provide for users that doesn’t need 1st calss graphics cotrolller, that’s also caused a lower prices. DFI G41-T33 is one of the DFI product that used Intel Graphics Controller.

DFI G41-T33 Blood Iron used G41 intel Chipset, the next generation of Intel G31 Chipset. Intel GMA X4500 that support DIrectX 10 as the one of motherboard with Blood Iron Series. This Motherboard supprted by PCI-Express 16x slot, that’s possible to upgrade with the graphics card with higher performances.

The G41-T33 Blood Iron used LGA775 socket and supported Intel Core 2 Duo and also Core 2 Quad processor. In addition, this motherboard completed with dual slot DDR-3-1066 memory.

Nvidia has claimed that the nForce chipset is “better” than Intel. A company spokesman also criticized the USB chip manufacturer allegedly delaying the introduction 3 until 2011.

“Nvidia nForce chipsets usually have full innovative features, even better than Intel’s own chipsets. [For example], Nvidia has redefined Ion netbook category “, as what has been described Nvidia spokesman Brian Burke said in a statement e-mailed recently.

Previously, the war of motherboard more concentrated on Intel P45 Chipset motherboard, but after the Core I7 presence, the war of motherboard shifted to Intel X58 Chipset Motherboard. MSI as the manufacturer of motherboard follow this “X58 War”, one of the motherboard relased by MSI is MSI Eclipse SLI.

MSI Eclipse SLI use Intel X58 an ICH10R CHipset that supprted Intel COre i7 Extreme processors. This motherboard equpped with 6 slot of DDR3-1600(OC) memory that supported triple channel cofiguration. This motherboard can accomodate DDR3 Memory Clock until 1600 MHz on Overclock Condition and 1333 MHz on normal condition. The Maximum RAM Capacity that can be accomodate on this motherbiard is 24 GB.

MSI Eclipse SLI equipped with 3 slots of PCIe x16 and supported with AMD ATi CrossfireX and and NVidia SLI, 3 slots of PCIe x16 can make triple Crossfire or triple SLI with install 3 pieces dual slot Graphics card. That’s amazing, isn’t it?.

MSI Eclipse SLI also provide overclocking facilities. There are 6 sets of CPU Power Phase and 4 sets of Chipset power phase. Actually that’s not awesome. Biostar is one of the computer hardware manufacturer based in taiwan. Biostar produced motherboard and VGA Card. Biostar products known for quality but with cheaper price. One of the moterboard that produced by Biostar is Biostar TPower i45. I own this motherboard. I use this motherboard on my computer.

Biostar launched TPower i45 after Intel launches P45 chipset. Biostar TPower I45 use FSB (Front Side Bus) up to 1600 Mhz, it’s supported Wolfdake and Yorkfield Intel processor generation . This motherboard use DDR2 Memory with up to 1066 MHz frequency (normal condition) and up to 1200 Mhz frequency (overclock condition).
